What have been the main publishing initiatives by women artists in Latin America? Why might one say that they have been “off-register”? So as to answer these questions, the National Library of Colombia and Center for Book Arts in New York organized a meeting where I had the opportunity to speak with Colombian historian Paola Peña. The conversation took place on December 14, 2023, and focused on the nature of serialized artist publications in Colombia.
